Helping individuals and families heal relational patterns, reconnect with themselves, and live more aligned, intentional lives—through insight, culture, and care.

Let’s Work Together

Therapy That Honours Where You Come From and Where You Want to Go
I help people move from survival mode to intentional living by offering a space to explore identity, emotions, and relationships with curiosity, compassion, and cultural awareness.
✔︎ CULTURALLY RESPONSIVE CARE
I understand the push and pull of navigating life between cultures. Together, we’ll explore how your family, culture, and community shape your identity and relationships.
✔︎ COLLABORATIVE PROCESS
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. We’ll work together to uncover what’s most important to you and adapt as your needs shift.
✔︎ SAFE, FLEXIBLE SUPPORT
Whether you’re ready for deep work or just starting to name your needs, I’ll meet you where you are.
Hi, I’m Jennifer — the therapist behind Therapy Across Seasons.
I’m someone who deeply understands how culture and relationships shape what we say, what we hold back, and how we move through the world. I’m glad you’re here — exploring therapy takes courage, especially in seasons that feel messy, painful, or uncertain.
My own personal and professional journey brought me to this work: helping people make sense of the patterns they carry, the roles they’ve taken on, and the moments they feel torn between who they are and who they were told to be. Therapy with me is about unravelling those layers with care, curiosity, and compassion.

With gratitude, I acknowledge that the land that holds my work, my joy, my grief, and my life is the traditional territory of many nations, including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinaabe, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples. It is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples. I offer this acknowledgement as a small step in honouring the histories, cultures, and contributions of Indigenous Peoples.
